For more than 30 years, Hydrex of the North Bay has provided Novato pest control services. We are proud to be the classic American business story. In 1973, Gary Dorris, then working for a major pest control firm in the Sacramento area found many pest control companies lacking a focus on customer service. He set out to change this, one customer at a time. Starting with just one truck, a dream and a commitment to excellent customer service, Hydrex of the North Bay was off and running
The business grew rapidly with Gary establishing routes through Novato and elsewhere in the north bay. In 1988, we purchased the building we operate out of today and continue to honor Gary’s commitment to serve Novato by providing the best pest control service in the area. Gary has since retired and his son has taken the wheel. We are proud to have more than four generations of family members working at Hydrex. As we like to say, we are big enough to handle any job but small enough to care.
